Getting rid of POP and turning on IMAP!
First off, you may be wondering what POP and IMAP are. Simply put, they are two different mail technologies that devices (Smart Phones, iPhones, Blackberries) and desktop applications (Outlook, Mail.app, Thunderbird) use.
